Release latest version

Would you consider releasing a new version of the library, and publishing to the NPM registry?

I need a few bug fixes, (such as the resize update bug) which were merged posterior to the latest released version (0.5.7), and would be great to just upgrade it directly from the registry.

Sorry folks. This repo has changed hands a couple of times. I finally got our NPM credentials sorted out and will push a new version next week.

Have you considered automating releases? Travis CI is AFIK free for open source projects and fairly easy to configure if you have the necessary credentials
