Constituent-Name-SortKey-QueryView-Extension

A QueryView extension that adds a SortKey node for Constituents. I missed this from Raiser's Edge and didn't find an equivalent in CRM, so I've created it. It does not work for Groups or Households, unless Sort hints are included in their names.
