Dashboard links not being hidden properly.

Dashboard links are still visible if you are an unauthorized user.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run the server.
2. Create a user/signup.
3. Logout (of the user).
4. Visit your user's display page (EG: /yourusername)
5. Look at the links on the left-hand navbar.

Expected:

• Only two (three if you include the bird) links should be available in the navbar.
  

Actual:

• All links are still visible in the navbar.
