hard to add new table row

Hi,

when you enter table - it's render nicely. Then, when you click on table it changes to edit mode. But when you place cursor at the end of table (after last | ) and press enter - you leave edit mode, table is rendered again as it was and you are moved to new, empty line. This makes add new row hard.

Simillary problem is when you try to add row inside table - if you press enter after ie.: header, or first row - what is above will be turn into table preview, you are in empty line, and rest of the table is shown as unformatted text below (see screenshot):

The table plugin is not finished yet. The present implementation is just a POC.

But, thanks for mentioning. I'm trying my best to ship it ASAP.

Updates:

• Now the table is rendered always, no explicit edit mode.
• Pressing Enter on the last line will create a new row. Hitting Enter again at the empty row will remove it.
• The key bindings are now working. The arrow keys and Tab/Shift+Tab are used to navigate.
