Proposal: Make a custodian contract to hold tokens

What do you think about moving some custom token logic to a custodian contract?
The custodian contract would hold the tokens and protect from double voting issue.
The custom token would not be necessary at all. The custodian contract could work with any ERC-20 compatible token.

It’s good idea - use custodian contract to fix simultaneous voting issue for erc-20 tokens (for now tokens holded by project contract) I think we need to discuss about it.

But we can’t remove “custom tokens”, because that group have a magic properties - such as admin role. Yes, we can use erc-20 token contract and custodian contract + contract implementing “custom token” logic over custodian contract, but I do not get the point of it.

You could implement that feature in the voting or custodian contract, so the feature would work for any token in one place.
