Adding multiple files which names contain spaces fails silently

Description

Filenames with spaces result in a silent no-operation when marked and wanting to add them to index or discard them.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new repository with problematic files like this:

mkdir test-space
cd test-space
git init .
for x in `seq -f "%02g" 3`; do echo $x > "file $x.txt"; done

2. run neovim with minimal config (--clean -u minimal.lua) and invoke neogit, you should see three untracked files
3. mark the untracked files with "v"
4. try do "s"tage or "x"discard them
5. visual mark gets cleared but nothing happens

Expected behavior

Files are either added to index or discarded OR an error message is displayed

Actual behavior

Visual mark gets cleared, nothing else happens.
