OM Refactor: Scale-up components and System Classification
We need some components that will output the following specs on a per-cell, per-stack, per-cluster and system-level basis:
- rated electrical capacity
- rated hydrogen production capacity
- rated current
- rated cell voltage
- operational bounds (power, hydrogen, etc)
We also need a scale-up component that can translate the simulated cell performance to cluster-level information (cluster-level hydrogen production, oxygen production, water consumption, power consumption, etc) and another component that aggregates all the cluster-level information to the system-level.
