make it easy to position and resize the elements on different devices

All of the letters are SVG elements contained within an HTML element. That element can be [scaled with CSS transform](https://github.com/therewasaguy/animated-logo/blob/master/demo/demo_3/index.html#L13) but can it be truly responsive / maintain the aspect ratio?
