You have to have root to install cfiddle

pip install works ok, but install_prereq.sh wants to apt-get a bunch of stuff and install stuff in the system directories, the problem comes when we try to build libcfiddle.

There are couple solutions:

1. libcfiddle could be built with perf counter support -- it's still useful.
2. We could install the tools we build in a user-specified directory and then make sure the build will find them there.
