Servers don't allow section sign

could it be possible to make a plugin for servers which would allow the usage of section sign to accompany this great mod and make it useful on servers using the plugin?

This mod is both client-side and sever-side.

• Server side: allow players to use charactor § and not be kicked
• Client side: allow players to type § via Ctrl+7, Ctrl+&

Just apply this mod to your server, then players could type § via pasting or other ways.
If players use this mod, then he/she can type § via hot key bindings.
