Create a modified pipeline that can accept lists of stac items rather than AOI query #34
It would be useful to have a pipeline that can query directly by STAC item ID because STAC item ID's are often associated with test cases in the Benchmark STAC. This version of the pipeline could tap into a stac_querier.py method that would be much simpler than the existing spatial query.
