Version tags and/or metadata

I'm fairly sure v5.0.3 is set up to work with WRF-Hydro v5.0.3 and NWM v1.2 domain files and v5.1.2-beta to work with WRF-Hydro v5.1.2 and NWM v2.0 domain files, but we should perhaps state this somewhere explicitly (release notes perhaps?) or add relevant tags.

Not urgent, just adding this as a reminder to address at some point.
