Notification subscription for groups of airports (e.g. country)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to get notifications not only if new flights have been created for sibscribed airports and aircraft, but also for countries! I´d expect this would signifficantly improve the match number and we´d see more flight jobs.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternative could even be to get a notification for certain regions (Alps, Balreaic Island, British Islands..) or even continents.
We could set up a database where for example an airport is connected to a country and the country is connected to a continent.
Within that database we could also add airports to a certain region and introduce regions (but this is quite some work)

Country codes are good enough - we can create a table which translates them into country names. At least the data is already grouped. Can you try and find a list of the country codes @hcphoon01?

The following is a complete ISO 3166-1 encoding list of the countries which are assigned official codes. It is listed in alphabetical order by the country's English short name used by the ISO 3166/MA.

maybe this is a much better way to go since this table comes with Regions & Sub Regions which we might than be able to use as well?!
