Description

Build a public-facing (and internal) impact dashboard showing real-time programme metrics.

Acceptance Criteria

• Metrics displayed: total patients assessed, conditions detected, referrals made and completed, CHWs active, geographic reach (countries/regions), time saved vs. no-AI baseline
• Real-time updates from Supabase (with appropriate anonymisation)
• Shareable link for donor reports
• Embeddable widget for programme websites
• Historical trend view (last 30 days, 90 days, 1 year)
• Programme-level private view: more detail including condition breakdown
• Public view: aggregated only, fully anonymised
