[Feature] Add Tailscale support

What problem does this solve?

TizenOS doesnt support system-wide VPNs (I think so is the case for WebOS), which means I cannot access Jellyfin servers in my Tailnet that aren't in my LAN.

Proposed solution

Embed tailscale as a library into the app, as suggested in tailscale/tailscale#14957 (comment)

Alternatives considered

An alternative is using a subnet router that routes the tailnet to your device, or another tailscale device that exposes your whole LAN. However these solutions wouldn't be as easily accessible, require an extra device and, in the case of the latter, are less secure (as you expose your whole LAN to the tailnet).

(According to this that isnt possible apparently)

There seems to be contributors willing to collaborate and aid with the process of implementing this feature, as also stated in tailscale/tailscale#14957 (comment)

@Flatkat A new beta package should be available in about 10 minutes.

I need someone with a Tizen 8 TV to test it and let me know:

• Does the app install successfully?
• If not, what does the TV display? (A photo of the screen would be ideal.)

This build introduces support for creating a Developer Partner Certificate, which is required for apps such as Tailscale that need partner signing.

Test steps

1. Update to the latest v2.7.0-beta.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Jelly2Sams – Partner under Certificate.
4. Enable Partner signing (experimental).
5. Try installing Tailscale.
6. Let me know whether it installs, and if it fails, please post a picture of the TV screen.

I'll test it myself on the Tizen emulator tomorrow. Calling it a day for now 😄

Oh also, tailscale is disabled, i made sure it is, the warning just shows up anyways lol.

@Flatkat that Toggle is what I mend, it will create a new Partner certificate and once that's done it will show up in that list.

If you can do these steps that would be amazing;

1. Download that .tpk, push it through Apps2Samsung. (Custom WGT File, set filter on .tpk)

2. Launch app → open About → note the vpnsvc line.

3. If possible: browse http://:8081/ and copy the whole log.

What we're reading:

• vpnsvc: VPNSVC_ERROR_NONE (0) — privilege granted → the partner privilege is live on 8.0+ → I build the kernel-TUN full-tunnel integration.

• vpnsvc: error N — NOT granted → signing/privilege needs fixing before any TUN work.

• The :8081 log also tells us tailscaled actually started + reached Running on their TV (confirms exec isn't blocked on their set, and the exit-node path works there).

That one probe result is the gate for the whole full-tunnel effort. Send over the About line (and :8081 log if possible) and I'll take the next step from there.

Oh, got it now, my bad! i need to run a first install try first so the cert gets generated.
Btw i know this arrives rather late but i think my TV is Tizen 6 and not 8 😅, docs on the matter are not very clear but i think my tv model (QE55Q80AATXXC) is from 2021 so it should be Tizen 6.0 i think (i wish in the OS version it just clearly said the major version!!)
If my testing happens to be valuable anyways or if i am mistaken abt my OS version ill gladly test when i get some time again.

Yeah thats Tizen 6, maybe it will install on your TV you can try (probably not cause API version)

No matter what i try i cant get apps2samsung to generate the required certificate. app does install on my tv even with the wrong cert though, but it wont boot

@Flatkat the boot issue is probably the tizen version, the certificate issue I'll look into
