unityplayer missing

so i installed the launcher, but it gives me an error if the game is running, so i closed it. then after installing the game wont open and it just gives me a message saying unityplayer is missing, but the etgmod launcher deletes it, i cant play without unityplayer but i cant install the mod without it deleting it
