When using Codex's /review, you might want to configure it as follows.

For standard code searches, be sure to call `mcp__semble__search` before using Grep/Glob/Read. However, when running `/review`, please prioritize review-specific processing and do not use Semble.

Based on my own research, it seems that Codex’s /review relies heavily on git diff, so please look into that as well.
If we could search using git diff, it would make using /review much easier.

Nice, thanks. Could you clarify what you are actually seeing? Is codex doing things incorrectly when using semble during /review? How does this influence the use of git diff? I don't yet understand what the issue is that semble is causing
