How to replace item drops of a Fruit's Delight Lemon Tree with another item?

I'm currently developing a modpack, and one of my priorities is unifying crops and food with Almost Unified. For one such instance, I've decided that all lemons should be from a non-Fruits Delight mod. When trying to unify the lemons, everything works except for the Lemon Trees, which always drop the currently-defunct (relative to the modpack) Fruits Delight lemons. What would I need to do to my pack in order to make my preferred lemon drop when harvesting the Lemon Tree?
