There's an issue with the Configuration Migration Tool. After running the pac tool cmt command, the CLI displays "Launched CMT", but the Configuration Migration Tool UI never opens. As a result, we are unable to proceed with the lab. Please see the screenshot below for reference.

It's an issue with the CMT tool
Download an old version with
nuget Install Microsoft.CrmSdk.XrmTooling.ConfigurationMigration.Wpf -Version 9.1.0.185

Run this command
C:\Users\Admin.nuget\Packages\Microsoft.CrmSdk.XrmTooling.ConfigurationMigration.Wpf\9.1.0.185\Tools\DataMigrationUtility.exe
