Add more strategies to encode levels/continuous values

I think we should add

• levels/numbers/ordinal
• circular ones
• projection of vectors

As a basis, there probabily should be a general mutate function or something to flip bits (or whatever the equivalent) as a basis for all these.

I would implement a next! function for some of this. I can add this to a PR, I already have a basic implementation

Adding the FHRR is a great step forward. I would like to add:

• different strategies as discussed
• random projection strategy for vectors etc.
