how to pre-train the detection CNN and the recognition CNN

Hi everyone, I want to train the model, but I don't know how to pre-train the detection CNN using the SynthText dataset and pre-trained the recognition CNN using the Synthetic Word dataset.
I really hope that somebody can help me.
