Check the quality of the data cleanup with run_analysis and investigate the localised spikes if present.

Improve run_cleanup accordingly.

Possible reasons for spikes and deviation

1. sonic temp is bad
2. physical reason (COARE is wrong, COARE is too low-res, etc.)
3. data is bad (spikes) i.e. this.
4. data is uncorrected (U-10 vs 14.8, IMU, etc.)
