UG-ANTS 0.3.0 Release

UG-ANTS 0.3.0 is now available.

A major driver for this release is to enable migration of UG-ANTS to GitHub - this is the last release of UG-ANTS on MOSRS. Source files for rose stem testing are now stored locally, see the ANTS documentation for more information (the process is the same for UG-ANTS).

Given the nature of these updates, any branches in progress may need to be rebranched from head of trunk. If you need advice, please contact the MIAO inbox: miao@metoffice.gov.uk.
