Include GDAL netCDF support in ANTS environments

Given the capabilities that GDAL provides, and that we want to encourage people to use existing tools rather than re-inventing wheels, should we have the optional GDAL components in our environments?

Requirements

Add libgdal package to the environment.yml to include all GDAL optional components. See the GDAL docs

For an ANTS 2.1 environment, adding libgdal-netcdf to the environment via:

conda install -c conda-forge libgdal-netcdf

changes the following packages:

The following NEW packages will be INSTALLED:

  libgdal-hdf4       conda-forge/linux-64::libgdal-hdf4-3.9.3-hbbee16a_6 
  libgdal-hdf5       conda-forge/linux-64::libgdal-hdf5-3.9.3-hd75530a_6 
  libgdal-netcdf     conda-forge/linux-64::libgdal-netcdf-3.9.3-h2b12c9b_6 

Good news is that all of these are isolated to libgdal - there's no change to e.g. the existing netCDF libraries.

Note that we probably want to just install the libgdal meta package, and get all the optional components of GDAL in one go.
