Edit: After multiple reboots, reinstalls, repairs on both machines everything works.
Mac 1 Macbook Air Sequoia (15.4.1)
Mac 2 Macbook Air Tahoe (26.1)
Macs are in same Wifi, within Bluetooth range, Airdrop and ping in Terminal is successful.
Peripherals are known to both Macs.
Magic Switch V2.20.0 installed on both Macs.
After Pairing (code generated on Mac 1 OR Mac 2)
Mac 2 immediately shows Mac 1 in Device Tab
Mac 1 does not show any available devices.
Mac 2 Ping shows that Mac 1 responded.
Mac 2 can switch (take and send) Peripherals from and to Mac 1 via Menubar dropdown
Mac 2 can NOT switch Peripherals via "send button" in Devices tab
Mac 1 Registered Peripheral "release button" is greyed out.
On Studio Display switch, Mac 2 automatically pulls peripherals. Mac 1 can not pull peripherals, continuously tries to pair but runs into timeout because Mac 2 has not released peripherals.
Unrelated:
Magic Keyboard shows connection request window for Keyboard but only when all peripherals are handed over. This is not shown when only keyboard is handed over.
Not shown for Magic Trackpad.
