[1.0.0a9] Xbox Series controller BLE — no input after reconnect

Describe the bug
Xbox Series via Bluetooth LE reconnects successfully (LEDs solid, connection rumble fires) but delivers no input to the host after the controller is turned off and back on. Only affects reconnects — first connect after power cycle works correctly. Regression introduced in v1.0.0a9 (not present in v1.0.0a8).

What type of controller do you have the issue with?
Xbox Series wireless controller 1918 — BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) VID_045E&PID_0B12

What platform are you using the OGX-Mini on?
Xbox 360, PC. Both in XInput mode

What board are you using?
Raspberry Pi Pico 2 W (RP2350)

Is the light on the Pico staying solid after you disconnect or does it begin flashing again?

Once the controller is disconnected, the Pico starts flashing again. When the controller is reconnected, the Pico stays lit continuously again and the controller vibrates. But no button presses are detected after that.

I have this controller and the same chip so once I'm done moving I will take a look and see if I can recreate this to help you
