I am interested in trying to adapt this code to review GPL outputs (looking for humpback whales). Is it possible to upload an example detection file so I can see how I need to format my detection inputs? From digging around in the code I think this should be a "bt" variable with start and end times of a detection. But then I'm having trouble getting the proper audio files for each detection loaded. I think my issue is in what a detection file looks like and how that ties to a single audio file (how they are named, etc.)
I don't want this too take too much of your time, and I'm happy to contribute back if I can in anyway!! I just figured I would reach out and see if you had a quick example you could share that I might be able to build from.
