Development of the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) of TextLens. Scope: - Basic React frontend with text input and result display - FastAPI backend with /analyze endpoint - Integration with an open-source LLM via Hugging Face - Support for short and long text summaries - Basic error handling and loading states Goal: Deliver a fully functional end-to-end application where a user can input text and receive AI-generated summaries. Out of scope: - Authentication - Database persistence - Advanced UI/UX - Additional analysis features This milestone focuses on building a solid and functional foundation for future iterations.
