I tried to import an attached data file (for Chunmei's RNAseq data) to data file, but I had an error, "PRIMARYSELECT * FROM maloof_metadata.Data_file;". Can you help me?

I matched a foreign key in sample file as described in the dictionary.

Sample_experiment	The experiment human-readable name to which this sample belong.	This is a foreign key field, and Experiment_name must already exist in the Experiment table.

And then successfully be imported. However, I have another problem in data file.
import had be done without error, but I could not see the imported data in the data table in the databsase.

When I look at the database it shows that this csv has been input into the database 7 times

You need to change your default settings to display more than 1000 entries at a time.
At the top click on Edit --> Preferences --> SQL Execution.
Then uncheck the box which says "Limit Rows"

Thanks. "Limited Rows" solved everything. I deleted all my attempts yesterday from database and re-imported the data successfully.
