This is my fault for changing the spec so much from everyone's feedback, luckily this seems like a small change.
When you guys create a fedimint announcement (not sure about cashu but i assume the same) you add an extra fedimint tag as the 3rd element. This was originally in the spec because we use the same kind number for everything, but now cashu and fedimint have different kind numbers so this qualifier is no longer needed.
