No transactions but balance changed.

Steps to reproduce

Same as #293.

Expected behavior

People could figure out why the balance changed from the explorer.

Actual behavior

No transfer record in explorer:

• "Transactions" is empty.
• "Internal Transactions" is empty.
• "Coin Balance History" is empty.
• "Balance" is correct sometimes, but also is incorrect sometimes. (ref: The display of balances are incorrect sometimes. #293)

The only correct thing is the "Last Balance Update".

In blockscan, the balance updated was not synchronous.
When fetch block, it will record this block's transactions's used addresses and this block number to a table.Then another process will fetch address at this block's balance and update balance.

I guess this is the reason for #293 and #294.

Ethereum allows people to do transfer in a contract.

For example, in the past, for gas saving, miner pool will use contract to pay for all miners, each transaction could pay hundreds of miners.
It's much cheaper than hundreds of transfer transactions.

I guess blockscan doesn't scan those transfers.
