Build an image with the right toppings when a random pizza gets generated, and display on echo devices with a screen (e.g., Echo Show). We would need a repository of images to go with each available topping, probably in SVG or PNG format. Also, images for crust, sauce, and cheese options. Then, when the user requests a pizza, if a random pizza gets generated, go ahead and generate the image based on whatever the random toppings are.
Actually, this may be how we should do #29. Although, it might look better to have pictures of "real" pizza for those that are pre-built, and probably have plenty of pictures available already.
