Upload-WindowsAutopilotDeviceInfo.ps1 seems to no longer work

It runs, it does NOT error, but device never appears in Autopilot and local output is:

It turned out that swapped motherboard was Dell refurb & ZtdDeviceAssignedToOtherTenant

But I could only see the "error" in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/autopilot/add-devices#powershell
