[Bug] M3DA can't target indexed columns

Due to LEC parsing of Bio2DA not using indexed column names, the column names LEX shows are wrong for indexed columns (and may be serialized back wrong even). This is fixed in LEC in this commit: 21f28bb1e358c8c920cc914621454f9e8e0675bc

Since this changes 2DA parsing we need to do some work to verify changes:

• Does 2DA restore for Bio2DA merge properly work (how is it down now)?
• Do any m3da's target tables that are affected currently?
• Do we need a backwards compatible mode in LEC to preserve older mod behavior?

Current known tables that are affected (haven't done exhaustive search yet):

Investigating relevant mods through NexusFileQuery indicates no mods are using Bio2DA merge on relevant tables.
