Problem about the na in longitude or latitude

When I use S5Processor to read the S5P Methane data and try to turn it into tif, it shows an error: Error in na.fail.default(list(lon = c(-85.0506362915039, -85.6531982421875, :
It means that there are some mising values.
How can I solve this problem? Thank you for your reply.
