Allowing the server to set true or false the land owners name as an enter/leave message will let players know when they are crossing into someones home (where PvP may be set to true on the server-level) and will help realize the borders more.
The message would be when entering and exiting claims as a whole. So passing through four chunks owned by one person back-to-back would still be one enter/leave message.
