Fix pending state please

Pending status isn't working.

I want to move to a location, maybe press a spell halfway, and after casting the spell continue moving towards that location

Added a queue for actions in 34d4d84

This does not work, and is violating our current design principles.

The current design does not allow you to store pending_input independently from the current simulating frame. This will cause issues with syncing.

Reverted with fffa146 . Maintaining the current branch due to bug fixes occuring on the branch.
