When using Codex App with a remote server, running codex-auth switch on the server does not change the account after simply restarting the local app. The app keeps using the old account until I go to Settings → Connections, and click restart on that remote server. It seems there may be a daemon or cached remote session that is not restarted when the local app restarts.
