Requirements

1. Getting a working npm package specific to starting terminal commands
2. Install the terminal npm package to dependencies on your mini server.
3. Get a python script to run as a process.
   • Save possible process ID (Specific way to save info)
   • Run a process with unique ID/Name
4. Kill the prior python process.
   • Kill process by Process ID or by using a unique ID/Name
