[Tracking] Systemd BLI

This is the tracking issue for BLI and other systemd related efforts.

Current progress:

• LoaderInfo and LoaderDevicePartUUID - Initial implementation
• LoaderTimeInitUSec and LoaderTimeExec - systemd-analyze support
• Drop-in drivers (Support for loading drop-in drivers (/EFI/limine/drivers/*.efi) #519 to be re-opened/re-created) - @lzcunt previously said she plans to implement this
• Default & one-shot entry control (lib/bli: implement timeout & entry control #548)
• Automatic Boot Assessment
• Random seed
