Example Matflow envs file contains config file?

Following the instructions on Installing MatFlow on CSF on the LightForm wiki it tells you to download a zip file containing the env and config files for MatFlow. But it looks like the env file was copy-pasted form a terminal and accidentally took too many lines - it contains the config file and the terminal command to output the env file as well as hte environment information.

Yes my mistake! This came up in our last RSE meeting aswell! Apologies!
I will correct this now and document the commit here.
