State react-native compatibility status

Hi guys, we are considering migrating from pdf-lib, but I checked both the README and the docs website. It seems its not clearly stated if the library works in react-native or not. I think running in Hermes might be a problem but Im no expert.

Never tried it with React Native, it should just work since we just use Web API's for everything.
