Time is 9 hours off for me

Hello, I've tried updating, rebooting, etc. The time and weather will not change for me no matter what. I have ensured that I'm entering them properly - I've tried a handful of coordinates in my timezone just to get the time correct.

Time zone – where to change in code
In the setup() function, look for this line:

configTzTime("CET-1CEST,M3.5.0/2,M10.5.0/3",
             "pool.ntp.org", "time.google.com", "time.cloudflare.com");

Replace the first parameter (the POSIX timezone string) with your local time zone.

For example, for Moscow (UTC+3, no DST) use:

configTzTime("MSK-3",
             "pool.ntp.org", "time.google.com", "time.cloudflare.com");

For other time zones, find the correct POSIX string (e.g., "EST5EDT" for US Eastern, "PST8PDT" for US Pacific, "CET-1CEST" for Central Europe). After changing, recompile and upload.

I am having the same issue with the time zone being off by 8 hours. In addition, I have changed the unit of measure to US but it is still showing everything in metric.

When I entered the code as shown above, it gave me an error of too many decimals.

Any help will be appreciated
