Nested lists causes blank areas in inner list if outer list is using recycling

I have a vertical list, containing several horizontal lists. When recycling is enabled on the vertical list, scrolling up and down eventually causes items in some of the horizontal lists to not render. Scrolling left or right in the horizontal list list makes the items immediately appear again.
With recycling turned off on the outer/vertical list, items consistently render as expected. Recyling on or off on the inner/horizontal lists does not seem to matter.

I'm also experiencing blank areas in the outer list if the estimatedSize is exactly the same as the rendered size, again items are immediately appearing on the first scroll event. This happens both with LegendList 2 and 3-beta.6 (and earlier). Will try and debug as it starts to get unruly.
