Shell completion (bash/zsh/fish)

Summary
Provide auto-completion for commands and options.

Scope

• If CLI uses Typer/Click → enable built-ins and expose commitlm --install-completion.
• If argparse → integrate argcomplete.
• Docs: add a “Command Line Completion” section.

Tasks

• Implement completion script generation.
• Add install command or documented one-liner.
• Verify commands/flags complete in bash and zsh (fish optional).

Acceptance criteria

• Completion works on bash/zsh on Linux/macOS (Windows via WSL optional).
• README has copy-paste instructions.

Test plan
Local verification: commitlm <TAB> shows subcommands; commitlm generate --<TAB> lists flags.
