🐛 Iron Gates in Phomiuna Aqueducts should only require a key one-way

Expected behavior

Currently the Iron Gates in Phomiuna Aqueducts are requiring a bronze key to get in and get out; the gate should only require a key one-way and open freely from inside to get back out.
