Expected behavior

DRG type Reserve Draugar and Draugar Servant mobs are not summoning their wyvern pets (Draugar's Wyvern). Observed in Arrapago Reef. Affected mobs: Reserve Draugar (model ID# 1763) and Draugar Servant (model ID# 1762).

Draugars also do not have a skill list assigned on LSB but that issue is fixed by this PR: #10261
