Many thanks for the nice work. Regarding the dataset, I'm a bit confused, in the training_svm.mat for instance, in ['training_set']['trainingpx']['ecoli_agarpad_zs004']['pixel']['Cells'], the values are indexes which should be founded in ecoli_agarpad_zs004.mat, but non of the values in ...['pixel']['Cells'] are available in ecoli_agarpad_zs004.mat. Would be pleased if I can have a clarification.
