Error when parsing SPiP vcf header with bcftools

Hi,

we created a vcf file with SPiP and wanted to parse the file with bcftools for downstream analysis. Unfortunately we get the error 'Could not parse the header line: "##SPiP output v2.1"'
According to the vcf specifications the header should for example look like "##SPiPVersion=2.1".
Would it be possible for you to change that?
