Data ingestion

Hi,

Can someone please guide me through the database source ingestion.Whenever I choose the data ingest template and select the source to be kylo mysql and type the table name,I am unable to access as drop-down option to the tables and move forward.Could someone help me out with this issue?
Are there any configurations which needs to be set up?
